Mk I to Mk II boom relocation

Question:

...is the measurement from the end of the mast including the stepped portion i.e.. the very extremity of the mast or from the shoulder part, if that makes sense?

Answer:
...from end of the mast ignoring the 'plug' which slots into the deck fitting - hope this helps. (ie from 'shoulder')

Will it be ready for the Nationals next month ?
