Dave Evans the winner of the meeting was sailing a new boat with a new rig & sail design, developed by Blaze class association technical supreme Mike Lyons in conjunction with Topper International & Sobstad Sail. The new set up showed much promise and after more time to tune the rig hopes are high of a more usable boat in most wind conditions.
